GET STARTED FOR FINCEN (FINANCIAL CRIME ENFORCEMENT NETWORK)

Our services are to help you file the Beneficial Owner Information (BOI) form with the US Treasury's Financial Crime Enforcement Network.  

The first step is to download the form (LINK BELOW), answer the questions and submit for review.  If you qualify and have filled the information, you will receive a link for payment.  

• Note:  We are not attorneys and are not in any capacity to qualify or suggest any information that would be considered as legal advice.  Our services are to take your form, log onto the US Treasury's website on your behalf, file the information you provided and submit.  Once we have filed on your behalf, we will send you the confirmation email.   Should you need to make any changes, please contact us to receive a secondary email with instructions and a payment link.  

Our team can help you optimize and streamline this processes but it must be submitted with at least 10 business days prior to your deadline.  

If you filed a qualifying entity AFTER January 1, 2024, you have 90 days after your filing/effective date. 

If you filed a qualifying entity BEFORE January 1, 2024, you may file your form any time before January 1, 2025.

If you do not submit with at least 10 business days prior to your due date, we will not send you a payment link to proceed with the process and you will need to file the form.

AMENDMENT / CORRECTION $65.00 US 

We understand the change in filing.  Understand that our business works around the clock and we may process your filing immediately after receiving your full payment.  We will require an immediate notice (within 2 hours of payment notifying us that you wish to cancel your order of which we will return your funds.  An email should be sent to info@businesscompliancenetwork.com.

In order to deem an order complete, you must fully fill out the form, sign and return to us via email and fully pay the fee for our services using the methods stipulated in our payment form.  Please note chargebacks are not accepted.
